ARTICLE 3 – CONSUMER INFORMATION
In accordance with articles L 111-1 and L 113-3 of the Consumer Code, the essential characteristics and prices of our products sold electronically are available on the website www.studio-romeo.com.
In addition, the customer receives the information provided for in articles L 121-18 and L 121-19 of the Consumer Code, prior to and subsequent to the conclusion of the sale and in particular by these general conditions of sale which he declares to have read before the validation of his order and to which he has access from the site www.studio-romeo.com.
The photos of the items for sale on the website www.studio-romeo.com have no contractual value and are likely to vary slightly from the items themselves.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICE AND CONDITIONS OF VALIDITY
The prices of the products sold on the site www.studio-romeo.com are indicated by item and reference and are inclusive of all taxes (TTC) excluding delivery costs. At the time of validation of the order, the price to be paid by the customer is understood to be the all-inclusive price, i.e. the sum of the price including tax of the items that make up the order increased by the delivery costs depending on the chosen delivery method. The telecommunications costs inherent in accessing the site remain the responsibility of the customer.
The products for sale on the website www.studio-romeo.com are available while stocks last. If one or more items ordered are no longer available, the customer will be informed by email as soon as possible. The customer will then have the choice between keeping the rest of their order or cancelling it in full. If the customer's bank card has been debited, the refund of the amount concerned will be made by crediting the bank account corresponding to the bank card used for payment within 30 days at the latest.
Sale prices are valid on a selection of items listed on the e-shop, while stocks last.
ARTICLE 5 – STEPS IN CONCLUSION OF THE SALE

2- Add the items to your cart.
3- Fill out the order form.
4- Check the elements of your order, identify and correct any errors made during entry.
5- Validate the order, the total price and the all-inclusive price, by clicking on “Payment”, which implies acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale of Studio Romeo.
6- Follow the instructions to pay for your Studio Romeo order. Your bank account is debited with the all-inclusive price including the total price of the items shipped and the delivery costs.
7- You will receive an electronic acknowledgement of receipt confirming your order.
8- You will receive your package at the delivery address you indicated when ordering.
When completing the account opening form, communicating personal data, bank card number and related confidential data and validating the order, the customer undertakes to comply with these contractual conditions in accordance with Article 1316-1 of the Civil Code.
Studio Romeo may refuse to honor any order that is abnormal or abusive.
ARTICLE 6 – SECURE PAYMENT
Payment for products is made by bank card (Eurocard, Visa, Carte Bleue, Mastercard) or Paypal.
Regarding a payment by credit card, Paypal is the only one, through its secure space, to have knowledge of the customer's banking information. This information does not pass through the site www.studio-romeo.com in any way.
Paypal allows you to pay online without sharing your financial information during the transaction.
In accordance with the provisions of Article L 132-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay given by means of a payment card is irrevocable. By communicating his bank card number and the aforementioned information, the customer authorizes Studio Romeo to debit his credit card for the total amount including tax of his order (delivery costs included).
To this end, the customer confirms that he is the holder of the bank card to be debited and that the name appearing on this bank card to be debited is indeed his own, then communicates in a secure environment on the site of our payment partner Paypal, the sixteen-digit number and the expiry date, appearing on the front of his bank card, as well as, where applicable, the numbers of the visual cryptogram appearing on the back of his bank card.
In order to provide additional security for online payment by credit card, this payment will benefit from the 3D secure program.
The purpose of this program is to combat fraud by asking Internet users who wish to make a payment on the Internet to identify themselves when paying by bank card on the e-retailer's website.
During the transaction, the bank card holder is directed to a page of his bank and enters data that the bank can verify.
This security is materialized by the presence of the “Verified by VISA” or “MasterCard SecureCode” logos.
ARTICLE 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders placed on www.studio-romeo.com are prepared within 48 to 72 hours. With Mondial Relay, the choice of the relay point is made after payment, if no relay point has been chosen, the package will be automatically sent to a relay point in the destination city and no changes will be possible.
When the order is being delivered, the customer receives an email
Studio Romeo cannot be held responsible for losses or delays in delivery due to errors or disruptions attributable to La Poste.
In the event of an error in the wording of the delivery address by the customer, Studio Romeo will not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery of the products ordered. In this case, the costs incurred for the reshipment of the products will be charged to the customer.
Any order delivered outside of France may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties that will be imposed when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and possible taxes related to the delivery of a product are the responsibility of the customer.
Each delivery is deemed to have been made as soon as the product is made available to the customer by the carrier, as evidenced by the delivery tracking mentioned on the La Poste website.
If 5 working days after the parcel has been shipped, the customer has not received any news of their order, they must contact the Post Office closest to the delivery location. If neither the Post Office nor the delivery tracking system offered on the Colissimo websites mentioned above say they have any trace of this parcel, the customer must then contact Studio Romeo via its Customer Relations Department, which will then open an investigation with the Post Office services. The final response times from La Poste vary from one to three weeks from the date the file is taken into account.
The following are considered to be cases of force majeure releasing Studio Romeo from its obligation to deliver: war, riot, fire, flood, strikes, accidents, inability to obtain supplies, etc.
In any event, the delivery of our products on time can only take place if our buyers are up to date with their obligations to us.
It is the customer's responsibility to check shipments upon arrival and to make any reservations and complaints that appear justified, or even to refuse the package, if it is likely to have been opened or if it bears obvious signs of deterioration. Said reservations and complaints must be sent to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 3 working days, not including public holidays, following delivery of the products, a copy will be immediately sent to Studio Romeo. Failure to make a complaint within said deadlines will extinguish any action against the carrier in accordance with the provisions of Article L 133-3 of the French Commercial Code.
The customer must ensure that the items delivered to him correspond to his order. In the event that the items delivered do not conform in nature or quality to the specifications indicated in the delivery note, the customer must inform the Studio Romeo Customer Relations Department by email: hello @studio-romeo.com and return the items to the address and under the conditions provided for in Article 8.
ARTICLE 8 – RETURN POLICY
In accordance with Articles L 221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a reflection period of fourteen days from delivery to change their mind and return the item ordered without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. Within this legal period of 14 days, the outbound delivery costs will then be refunded on the basis of the MondialRelay base rate only if the customer returns the order in its entirety. In the event that the customer only returns part of the order, the outbound delivery costs will remain their responsibility.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and the initial shipping costs are not refunded.

Returned items that do not meet the conditions listed above (return in their original packaging, complete, labeled, new, unworn, unwashed above) or that are damaged, damaged, deteriorated or soiled by the customer will not be refunded. The order number must be mentioned in the order, no refund / exchange will be possible without this information.
The risks of return are always the responsibility of the customer. The customer is therefore strongly encouraged to return the package by any means that provides proof of its sending and gives it a certain date (registered with acknowledgment of receipt, tracked colissimo, etc.). Otherwise, Studio Romeo will not be able to process your return.
Once the goods have been received, checked and accepted by our services, Studio Romeo will reimburse the customer for the price of the returned products no later than fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products.
For any other information, complaint or question relating to the mail order conditions set up by Studio Romeo, customers should contact the Customer Relations Department by email at the following address: hello@studio-romeo.com, stating in both cases the reference and date of the order.
ARTICLE 9 – WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
Notwithstanding the specific warranty conditions provided to the customer with the delivered item, the items sold on the site www.studio-romeo.com are subject to the warranty conditions provided for by law.
Studio Romeo cannot be held liable:
– in the event of a breach of contractual obligations due to an act of God or force majeure;
– in the event of non-substantial differences between the photos, texts and illustrations of the articles on our site and the articles ordered.
ARTICLE 11 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The “Studio Romeo” brand, the illustrations, logos and slogans, designs and models appearing on the site are and will remain the exclusive property of Studio Romeo. Any total or partial reproduction, without the express prior agreement of Studio Romeo, is strictly prohibited in application of articles L 335-2 and L 335-3 of the intellectual property code and constitutes an infringement and an offense.
ARTICLE 12 – APPLICABLE LAW
These general terms and conditions of sale and the commercial relationship between Studio Romeo and the customer are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the commercial relationship between Studio Romeo and the customer will be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
